Tuna Tartare with dill

Buy Organic 100% Pure Argan Oil
  • 1kg Tuna (or salmon)
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp dill
  • 1 lime
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp argan oil
  • 1 Tbsp white balsamic cream
  • Cut the tuna with a knife in small cubes. Cut the apple in small dices. Mince the ginger and dill. Squeeze out the juice of 1 lime. 
  • Fry the sesame seeds on a skillet on medium heat.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add oil and balsamic cream. Bring to taste with pepper and salt.
