- 1kg Tuna (or salmon)
- 1/2 apple
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp dill
- 1 lime
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp argan oil
- 1 Tbsp white balsamic cream
- Cut the tuna with a knife in small cubes. Cut the apple in small dices. Mince the ginger and dill. Squeeze out the juice of 1 lime.
- Fry the sesame seeds on a skillet on medium heat.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add oil and balsamic cream. Bring to taste with pepper and salt.
I made the tartare both with salmon and tuna and can't decide which one's best. Let us know which tartare your prefer!
